The TCP / IP converter is used to connect the controller bus to the Ethernet network and through this network with the supervisory program on the computer. The device enables the conversion of the RS-485 or RS-422 protocol to the TCP / IP network protocol. The RS-232 port is a DB9-M type connector - next to the operating mode switch. The RS-485 port is a module with terminals for bus cables. The converter has surge protection and optical isolation of transmission paths. It predisposes it for applications in large systems in an environment prone to electrostatic interference and overvoltages.
